Andrea Chapman, is an accomplished litigator, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her dynamic legal practice. Before entering the legal profession, Andrea served in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic for the F/A-18 Legacy and Super Hornets.

Andrea graduated from San Joaquin College of Law, where she laid the educational foundation for her legal career. Post-graduation, she honed her skills at a small boutique firm before making significant contributions at Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, where she rose to the position of a partner.

Her commitment to advocacy extends beyond the courtroom, as Andrea is a passionate supporter of veterans and active-duty service members. Currently serving as the secretary on the board of the D.A.V. Charities of Central California, she exemplifies her dedication to those who have served our nation.

Zena M. Sin is a Partner at Chapman Zaragoza, LLP. With a robust background in civil litigation, Zena specializes in business, construction, municipal, and employment law. Her extensive experience in these areas has made her a formidable advocate for her clients and a key asset to the firm.

Zena began her legal career after earning her Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, California. Prior to her legal studies, she completed her undergraduate degree in social and behavioral science at Merced College in Merced, California. Shortly after her admission to the California State Bar, Zena joined the prestigious law firm Lang, Richert & Patch, where she honed her litigation skills and developed a keen interest in resolving complex legal disputes.

Joseph Lascano is an Associate Attorney at Chapman Zaragoza, LLP, where he contributes to the firm’s civil litigation practice. 

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph served as a Post-Bar Law Clerk and Student Advocate at the New American Legal Clinic at San Joaquin College of Law. There, he assisted clients with a variety of immigration issues, including asylum, family-based petitions, and naturalization, while also participating in USCIS interviews and providing community education on legal options for relief. This experience instilled in him a client-first approach and a deep understanding of how legal outcomes affect real lives.

Most recently, Joseph worked in insurance defense, representing clients in automobile accident claims. This role sharpened his litigation skills and furthered his understanding of the nuances of civil procedure and defense strategy.

Joseph earned his Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communication from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
